Adriano Silva Seminar - Spaces running out!

Reminder that the Adriano Silva Seminar is this Saturday. This is a great opportunity to train with one of the best and

learn the most cutting edge techniques from Brazil.If you didn't attend last year, please ask around and everyone will

tell you that this is a seminar you shouldn't miss! The seminar will

be April 2 from 11am - 2pm and will only be $50!

Seminars normally range from $100 - $150, but we have worked out a special price for our school so

don't miss out. Sign ups will be taken up until Thursday March 31st and there is limited space so please talk to Andrew

Muay Thai

We are happy to announce Mike-Andrew Lemaire as our new Muay Thai instructor. Mike has trained under 6 time world champion Kru Anan and Kru Mark. Mike holds an undefeated Muay Thai record of 6 - 0 all by way of TKO

Yoga

Beginning 3/21/11 we are happy to announce Mike Blasi as the new Yoga instructor at BJJ Unlimited. Yoga is an excellent compliment to Jiu Jitsu and is great for relieving stress and ailing the body from injuries. Mike is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance. He received his instructor certification through CorePower Yoga and subsequently completed an intensive CorePower mentoring program. His training and personal practice encompasses Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
