Yoga

Beginning 3/21/11 we are happy to announce Mike Blasi as the new Yoga instructor at BJJ Unlimited. Yoga is an excellent compliment to Jiu Jitsu and is great for relieving stress and ailing the body from injuries. Mike is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance. He received his instructor certification through CorePower Yoga and subsequently completed an intensive CorePower mentoring program. His training and personal practice encompasses Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
