BJJ Unlimited 2nd Annual BBQ

We are very excited to announce Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Unlimited's 2nd Anniversary Summer BBQ. We have over doubled the size of the school since we took over and and we have picked up a lot of strong Jiu Jitsu players and we're very proud to have each and everyone here at the school. We truly believe we have the top Jiu Jitsu players in our school, this year let's show everyone why Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Unlimited is the best school in San Diego!

Please join us Sunday 6/26 from 10 - 6pm at La Jolla Shores where we will have a fully catered BBQ by the always delicious Mo's Homestyle Hawaiian Island Food. For those of you haven't had a chance to eat there, the food is delicious! This is a open event so we encourage you to bring all your friends and family and show them what a great school you belong to .

Congratulations to everyone who competed at the SDBJJ tournament this weekend, BJJ Unlimited dominated the tournament! Everyone from the tournament placed in the medal rounds we are very proud of everyone's performance, thank you for representing BJJ Unlimited!

Yoga is an excellent compliment to Jiu Jitsu and is great for relieving stress and ailing the body from injuries. Mike is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance. He received his instructor certification through CorePower Yoga and subsequently completed an intensive CorePower mentoring program. His training and personal practice encompasses Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

Adriano Silva Seminar - Spaces running out!

Reminder that the Adriano Silva Seminar is this Saturday. This is a great opportunity to train with one of the best and

Kids Pan American Championships

A BIG congratulations to Luke Landerer, Mikey McGruder and Kai Wright for competing in the Kids Pan American Championships! Mikey and Luke took home 1st and 2nd place respectively in their divisions and Kai got a great judo throw and armbar to win his match. We're proud that we have such great competitors representing the BJJ Unlimited Competition Team!

Tournament News

Congratulations to Joe Dear who took took home 1st place in the Absolute Division (No Gi) and 2nd place in his division (Gi). Joe is one of our strongest players and will be representing BJJ Unlimited Competition Team at the Abu Dhabi Pro Trials in March.

Great turnout at the Strikeforce event! It was good to see everyone and meet some of you for the first time! A big thanks to Abbey's Real Texas BBQ who are always really nice and gracious.

Congratulations to Matt Lane who took home 2nd place at the US Marine Tournament. Matt has been training 2 times a day and is one of our most dedicated students and he's quickly becoming a fierce competitor!

Belt Promotions

Congratulations to Marco Neri for getting his Purple belt. Marco is one of our most technical fighters and pound for pound one of our best fighters. Marco has worked hard and put in his time on the mats and truly deserves this promotion. We're very honored to have him as one of our students.
