Starting on 3/21/11 we are happy to announce Mike Blasi as the new Yoga instructor at BJJ Unlimited. Yoga is an excellent compliment to Jiu Jitsu and is great for relieving stress and ailing the body from injuries. Mike is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance. He received his instructor certification through CorePower Yoga and subsequently completed an intensive CorePower mentoring program. His training and personal practice encompasses Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

  1. If only I lived closer to San Diego! I could really go for some Yoga right now, I'm stressed beyond belief. (I'm online right now so I can find some physical therapy software, what does that tell you?) You wouldn't happen to know of any yoga studios in Salt Lake, would you?
